Chess Club and Metal Knitting

Chess Club:

Did you know that playing chess regularly can make you more patient, tactical and creative? The Brick House Chess Club is an opportunity to come and play with folks of all levels and abilities. Games spring up informally, as do conversations, strategies, and friendships. So whether you're a chess master, novice or have never played before, The Brick House Chess Club is the place to hang.

Death metal Knitting:


Knitting is making a comeback and The Brick House is hip to the trend. Stop by during drop-in hours and start a new project, work on an existing one, or even crochet! Instruction is available for all skill levels (and by appointment for those who are advanced.) The Brick House provides all materials, including several options for yarn, crochet hooks, and needles. Knitting is a fun, therapeutic and practical winter activity. Learn how to make your very own scarf, cup holder, headband, and much, much more! Knitting is totally metal.
