Halloween in Montague Center Common this year

Is there any official invite to the Halloween event on the Montague Center Common for individuals, or will this tradition always remain a word-of-mouth event geared toward organizations? We took part in the festivities the last two years, setting up a table in an empty spot, and really enjoyed seeing hundreds of trick or treaters instead of the 10 or 12 who come by our house in Lake P.

For example, I would like to know what time the event starts and ends, and whether its still ok to set up in front of the Congregational Church or in another empty spot like we did on previous years. Thanks!
