Teen Women’s Group at TFWC

The US Census states that there are 656 more women than men living in Montague and Turners Falls! We need a place of our own!

The Brick House and Turners Falls Woman's Resource Center have teamed up to extend their drop-in hours to provide a space for young women between the ages of 13-22. The Woman's Center will now be opened for an extra hour and a half on Tuesday for any and all young women who want to stop by and grab a snack, socialize, work on arts and crafts projects, or just relax! Come to meet new friends or hang out with old ones in this safe, supportive space. Sorry, no men allowed.

Meets every Tuesday from 3:30-5pm at The Turners Falls Woman's Resource Center (Across from The Brick House.)
This group is informal and does not require regular commitment. Drop-in whenever.


Grupo de mujeres jóvenes (en el Centro para Recursos de la Mujer en Turners Falls / Turners Falls Woman´s Resource Center)

El Casa de Ladrillo (Brick House) y el Centro para Recursos de la Mujer (Turners Falls Woman’s Resource Center) se han unido para extender las horas de atención con el fin de atraer específicamente a mujeres jóvenes entre las edades de 13 a 22 años. El centro para mujeres abrirá por una hora y media extra todos los martes para todas las jóvenes que quieran venir a socializar, comer algo, trabajar en proyectos de arte y manualidades, o sólo para relajarse. Vengan a conocer nuevas amigas o traigan a sus amigas a este espacio seguro y de apoyo. Lo sentimos: ¡no se permiten hombres!

Se reúnen todos los martes desde las 3:30 hasta las 5 pm en el Centro para Recursos de la Mujer en Turners Falls (Turners Falls Woman’s Resource Center) frente a la Casa de Ladrillo (Brick House).

Este grupo es informal y no requiere un compromiso regular. Vengan cuando puedan.
