Homeschool Series resumes Wednesday, Oct. 5th

The Powerful Earth, the weekly homeschool program series begins Wednesday, October 5th and runs through November 16th. The Homeschool programs meet on Wednesdays at 1:15 p.m. at the Carnegie Library, and are for all ages, free, and no registration is required. The first session will feature a guest speaker from Heifer International. Ruth O’Mara will run a session on tornadoes on October 12th. Linda Hickman will discuss earthquakes on the 19th, tsunamis on the 26th and floods on November 2nd. Ruth will discuss volcanoes on November 9th and end with hurricanes on November 16th. The homeschool program will then take a holiday break until January. For more information, call 863-3214.
