Are you interested in renting out your large house?

Do you own a large 4-6 bedroom house that you wish you didn't have to heat for the winter?

We are a group 5-8 highly responsible folks (mostly couples, ages 28-35) looking to stay in our group living situation. Our current situation has fallen thorugh and we are looking to move into a new place between September and October. Minimally we are just looking to get through winter, but if it is the right place, a longer lease is great. We are very community minded, consciencious group of builders, gardeners, farmers, house cleaners, artists, and land stewards and are quite capable of caretaking your space as if it were our own. Rent is negotiable, and we are also open to work trade. We are non-smokers, have no pets or children, but do each have a vehicle so ample parking is necessary.
