IT Technician Internship

Greenfield, MA based company looking for IT Technician Intern for the rest of the school year (possibly longer) that can work 10-20 hours a week.
Tasks:
• PC helpdesk support/troubleshooting
• hardware support including PC's, blackberry's, printer’s and peripherals
• perform computer installations and upgrades
• researching new technologies to improve systems
• maintaining and creating documentation, help files, inventory sheets, and tracking logs.
• in slow times, willing to do other tasks as assigned, like data entry
Qualifications:
• PC repair experience
• proficiency in Office 2003/2007 and able to help staff in these programs
• experience with MS Outlook on an Exchange Server
• up-to-date with current and new technologies
• Novell server experience helpful, but not necessary
The person must be mature, hard working, thorough, detail oriented, and personable.

The rate of pay is $12/hr w/no benefits.
