NEED TO BORROW
Sorry incomplete post just escaped me!
NEED TO BORROW a Sensor, Scanner, Studfinder, or other type of tester that can FIND & TRACE ELECTRICAL WIRES BEHIND WALLBOARD OR PLASTER.
Just need it for a day. Will return same condition as when I borrowed it, or will replace it!
Can pay a small rental fee if desired.

Bathroon Exhaust Fan
Recommendations sought for someone to install a bathroom exhaust fan/light which would replace an existing ceiling light? 1 story house, probably could soffit vent the fan from what I'm told. Any ideas/suggestions?

Plumber for simple, quick project
Need to have the washer replaced in a cellar shut-off valve; it looks rather newish so should be easy to work on. I know HOW to do it, but there are sometimes surprises when talking a "simple, quick" job in an older home. I am in Montague City. Thanks!
