Loft Style Apartmet For Rent - available now

Loft style apartment in convenient downtown area of Turners Falls

I rent a bright clean sunny room with high ceilings in my home/loft
It is a separate room with a separate entrance and measures approximately 25 X 25
It can be partially furnished including a bed, nightstand and lamp in the sleeping area
There is a working table/ desk as well as a dining table and shelves for storage.
A wardrobe for clothing is provided as well as some seating and a coffee table.

The tenant shares kitchen, bath and laundry facilities. This is my weekend home so it is important that the common area is kept clean at all times. I do not frequently come to the home during the week and approximately one to two times per month on the weekends.

The rent is $550 per month and the tenant pays all utilities (gas and electric)
I ask for a 12 month lease but I am willing to do an 11 month lease at a reduce rate if prepaid.

$550 X 12 = $6,600
$6,000 – If Prepaid
Because there are several antiques and valuable items in the space I ask for a $1,000 security deposit and great references.

Property is strictly no smoking and no pets
This is a home for a mature and responsible tenant.
This is not a party space.
