Rental that allows pets

Hello Everyone!

I'm becoming more and more concern as the days pass by. I sold my Condo quicker then expected and have no new home purchase on the horizon. I have 2 cats (indoor only) and 1 small 20lb dog and it's almost impossible to find a place that will allow them. I'm the type of owner that will sign an agreement that states I will pay for any repairs that my animals may cause. I will sign that because I know my animals are good and that I'm a responsible pet owner.

I'm trying to find some where that will take pets and not require a lease. The whole reason I sold my condo was so that I wouldn't have any contingency on any future offers, so obviously I want to stay away from leases. I cannot spend anymore then $900 a month.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
