Dog Owners Who Don’t Clean Up Poo

I, fortunately, do not have this problem but I can totally understand the difficult situation. If the law is flaunted and the police do nothing about it, then the situation could escalate futher. I would think that checking-in about violations would be faster than busting a drug deal, and certainly less dangerous. Yes, the police have more important things to do but we pay them to enforce our laws, and they should be on top of it.
