Internet Connection Question?

We've had terrible experiences with Verizon. Their customer service is slow and inefficient. Also when we switched to Comcast a few years ago, our bill was cut in half! (of course it has gone up some since then but still much lower). And so far we've had good experience with Comcast when we've needed customer service.
