This district is a joke

So let me get this straight, homeowner:

You allege incidents of racism at Montague Elementary, then applaud a post that characterizes the GMRSD as "ghetto," then appear to be flummoxed when your child presents a very teachable moment about diversity that any parent should be able to handle. Something like this: "Well honey, this is one of the poorest towns in one of the poorest counties in Mass, and the state of public health (i.e. teeth) reflects that." Or were you in denial about this basic demographic fact when you purchased your home?

I was intrigued at first as I always am when someone defies conventions around political correctness, etc .... but you've pretty much displayed your wanton ignorance with these latest comments We get it: you're a disgruntled parent who probably hasn't heard back from the people you've contacted because your communication skills are so clearly lacking, and you give the impression of being a loose cannon. Good luck with your grass-is-greener search. My prediction is that you'll be dissatisfied wherever you go, and in the meantime you've contributed nothing productive here.
