This district is a joke

Ghetto is a great word for it. Parents smoking ciggerettes in their cars waiting to pick up their kids while loudly playing inappropriate music while staff seems to scared to confront nor say any thing. When kids openly cuss without care at an elementary school, let alone wear inappropriate attire. I went to public school and their was then an un written dress code most parents seemed to understand. Ghetto perhaps to some is a harsh word, when the true definition and travesties of true ghettos are known to the wise. Yet the true lack of care and laziness applies its simply ghetto and un acceptable. The urban usage of the word applies. Deerfield's system is far from broken nor Sunderlands and Conways. Perhaps it's because those in a higher pay grade enjoy being there and don't use the school as a stepping stone or simply give up.

Replace teacher (as I don't blame them for turners with) superintendent and principal and the shoe fits.
