TFHS TRACK TECH TRACK
I'd call the high school principal or the central office, 863 9324, to see about using the track. The tennis courts are open, if you're into tennis!

Well, I really don't know whether TFHS allows the public to use the track or not --it might be worth calling the athletic department. And if they don't, but other communities do, it might be worth bringing to the school committee .....

TFHS TRACK TECH TRACK
Thank you Mike and Patrick. Other communities I have lived in have had open time w/the use of their tracks. The bike path borders on the water and crosses roads and can not contain my family. The side walks once again can not contain my family and are very close to the road especially on Turnpike and the side walk does not start until Park Villa. We were also hoping to practice, my kids are doing a summer track program at Mohawk H.S. and its easy to set up for the 100, 200 and 1 mile. BTW I have 5 kids under 8 so safety is the most important thing.

And there are other options.
For example, there's the road down to the fish lab in the Patch by the canal (very lightly traveled during the week, and closed to non-employees on weekends), which is quite beautiful.
And there's the sidewalk (plenty wide enough for a stroller) that runs from TFHS along Turnpike Road to Park Villa apartments.

Are towns people allowed to use the tracks in town to walk? Walk w/a stroller?
