To All: So we are pulling our troops of Afghanistan. Are you aware that we are leaving behind about as many sub contractors as there are troops leaving?

This all started in Bosnia when sub contractors took over a large part of the military duties. They replaced the military in some cases and where the troops had built up good will with the populace, they disgraced Americans with a scandal that you can read about if you go to DYNCORP.
