Just follow these steps:

1. Log into your account (if you don’t know your username or password use the "Forgot Password" link)
2. Once you’re logged in click the "Settings" link at the top of the page
   
3. Scroll down to the Email Settings section.
   
4. > Set "Email all posts" to Yes,
   > OR select specific post types from the group area lists further down the page.
   
5. Click the Modify button

To UNsubscribe, just follow these steps:

1. Log into your account (if you don’t know your username or password use the "Forgot Password" link above)
2. Once you’re logged in click the "Settings" link at the top of the page
   
3. Scroll down to the Email Settings section.
   
4. > Set "Email all posts" to NO,
   > AND make sure that all check boxes in the groups list below are also unchecked.
   
5. Click the Modify button
