Story Hour

(This is a recurring event which started Wed 6/24/2009 and goes through Wed 4/7/2010 )

Children and their families are invited to come and enjoy stories, crafts, music, activities and snacks with Ruth O’Mara. The weekly free series is designed for kids under age 5. This is a great time to meet new people, listen to stories, chat and spend a Wednesday morning. Snacks are provided, and beverages include coffee and juice. Great for home-schoolers! Homeschool Program

(This is a recurring event which started Wed 3/3/2010 and goes through Wed 4/14/2010 )

TURNERS FALLS- A new Homeschool Program will begin on March 3rd. Rachel Roberts will run the series “Math Through Literature” on Wednesdays at 1:15 at the Carnegie Library. Children of all ages are invited to learn about Math in a fun, hands-on way. There will be stories, experiments, crafts and snacks. The sessions run until April 14th and are free, and registration is not required. The series is sponsored by the Friends of the Montague Public Libraries and the Turners Falls Branch of the Greenfield Savings Bank.
