This on-going class offers a rejuvenating journey through breathing exercises, energizing posture sequences, soulful reflection, and deep relaxation. Through continuous practice you will build strength, flexibility and stamina, increasing overall vitality, and cultivating serenity. This is a mixed level class. Some prior yoga experience will benefit. Simply drop-in, or sign up for a bundle of classes.
’Flow’ or Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Yoga which aligns each movement with breath and links all postures in a smoothly orchestrated continuous flow. Detailed instructions and plenty of variations offered for different abilities and levels help create a safe and supportive environment in which all participants will make progress.
