Special Solstice Yoga
Tuesday Dec 18, 2018, 5:30 PM - 6:45 PMCelebrate the return of the Sun with us with a special Yoga practice tonight!
Just as the wheel of the Solar year goes round and round, we will flow through continuous rounds of Sun Salutations and their variations. We will bow in gratitude to the darkness, as life is born out of the darkness - plants, babies, ideas... And we will celebrate the return of the Sun which nourishes us and illuminates our path. Hope to see some of you there!
