The Turners Falls RiverCulture Project is requesting proposals from artists/landscape designers/groups/persons to design and implement a temporary art installation (lasting up to 3 years) for a public walkway connecting downtown Turners Falls to the residential hill section of Turners Falls. Project budget is $4,500 including a $1,000 design fee and $3,500 for construction materials, labor, delivery, and assembly and installation requirements.
