Travel times: 15 to 20 minutes from Route 91 or Route 2, UMass, Greenfield, Deerfield, and other area schools; closer to 30 minutes from Amherst and Smith Colleges, and Northampton.

Rent includes some utilities (gas for cooking, lawn care, and wifi); you pay for your electric use (heat & hot water) and trash stickers. Snow removal is shared with the people living in the house; I provide a snow blower (serviced annually) for your use.
