I am currently spending 9 months outside of the US, so rent out my lovely, light, furnished studio (skylights, french doors, lots of privacy and quiet, just outside of Montague Center) when I'm not here. Looking for someone who wants sabbatical housing or for whatever other reason, a September 2016 through May 2017 rental, who will take care of my space and treat it well.

My studio is over my garage -- there is a nice young couple with 2 children living in the house, which is entirely separate, and not at all intrusive on your privacy.

$1100 includes lawn care, wifi, and gas for cooking -- you pay electric, trash, and any additional utilities needed, as well as share snow removal.

This is an entirely non-smoking situation -- there is no smoking of anything anywhere on the property.
